Will the clips hold up in strong wind?
Yes. The lock-clamp design grips the rope tightly and the UV-treated PE plastic stays flexible without cracking. Just make sure your rope is taut before installing.
Can I use these on a thicker tarp?
They're designed for fabrics up to 2.5mm thick with mesh openings (shade cloth, bird netting, garden netting). Solid heavy-duty tarps without mesh holes won't work.
How do I take them off at the end of the season?
Use a pair of pliers and a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the two halves apart. They snap back together for next season.
Will 20 clips be enough for my space?
For most patios and small garden areas, 20 is plenty. For larger setups (carports, big pergolas, full-yard shade), order a second pack to be safe.
