Yes, the stripes need to meet at the seam. Line up the pattern at the top first, then smooth downward. Work with a helper on your first panel if you can.
Can I apply it over textured or freshly painted walls?
Smooth, clean, fully cured walls hold best. If your paint is new, give it a few weeks to cure first. On heavily textured walls, the texture can show through.
How do I get bubbles out?
Smooth from the center outward with a plastic squeegee or a clean cloth as you go. If a bubble appears after, lift the nearest edge, release the air, and press it back down.
