Can I wear the top on its own with regular shorts?
Yes. The tank has built-in padding and full front coverage, so it works fine as a top over denim shorts or a skirt. Plenty of women wear it that way for the walk back from the beach.
Does the padding hold its shape after washing?
The cups are sewn in and hand-washing helps them keep their shape longest. Rinse in cool water after each swim and lay flat to dry — they bounce back on their own.
Do the shorts stay put when I swim, or do they balloon up?
